Hello Erik and Bill,

Thanks very much for your reply!  In fact, I am using the method that Bill says. 

I wonder if Ansys can make it straightforward to set the initial temperature and BCs.😅😅

For example, I want to study the transient temperature changing with time in the above example. The initial temperatures are 400K(upper) and 300K(nether) respectively at t=0s. The time range that I want to study is t=0-10s. I want to know the temperature distribution during this time range....
