Did you check the log file at what percentage the simulation was terminated? if it is at 100% then you need to increase the simulation time.
Did you check the diffraction? what is the largest diffraciton angle? if it is over 60~70deg, you need to use Steep Angle PML.
Please test normal incidence first.
