Did you install the exact version that the error message shows?
I have a newer Dell laptop and when I went to install Ansys, I got an error message from the installer. I had to install an older version of a package that I had a newer version of. After Ansys installed, I could install the newer package again. I don't recall the details but it wasn't what you show.
