Hi Li,

It could be happening due to windows OS, you can try the following

On your desktop right click on AEDT -> Properties -> Compatibility-> check Run this program in compatibility mode for -> select window 7 

If this did not work please provide the below details.

Which version of AEDT are you using?

Are you running it on Windows 10 or 11?

Share screenshots of your model and setup.
