Hi, I am currently facing the same issue: As soon as I apply the solution stabilization in Fluent on my FSI interface, the convergence of the continuity is very poor. The Scale Factor I choose has an effect on how fast the continuity residuals initially go down as stated in the documentation - but after reaching a certain point they always stop going down further no matter how I choose the scale factor and it really takes a lot of coupling steps in System coupling to get to a converged solution - if at all possible. Without the stabilization I can run my simulation much further.
Does anybody have any ideas on why that could be the case?
