Plot cp, k & viscosity with temperature, then explain why you need variable values.
If z is up, gravity in z is -9.81 kg/m3. Check the gas density
Do NOT use an outflow. You want a pressure outlet. You also need to define the operating density. That one's been answered on here (by me) so try the Search tool at the top.
