there was a similar question about the Aqwa restart file not being found (Writing input file for Mechanical pre-solve failed. (ansys.com))
If you close Mechanical Static Structural, update your project or "update" your solution (from the workbench application), the files should be copied across. Somethig to try is to remove your Hydrodynamic Pressure object from the tree in Mechanical and create a new one. Alternatively, you can check any particular errors in the ACT log: in the workbench application, at the top: Extensions > View Log File
