Thank you for reaching out. In the example you linked, we include 3 metal geometries (the contacts) and 3 corresponding boundary conditions (named collector, emitterleft, and emitterright). However the simulation region includes half of the geometry so it excludes one of the contacts. You shold be able to follow the same format as in the example and only adjust the simulation region span (in x direction) so all contacts are included.
