Have you tried to insert 'Contact Tool' under connections folder and evaluate initial contact configuration? This may show you that some of the contacts are initially open causing a part to fly away.  You may want to review this video on this topic at https://courses.ansys.com/index.php/courses/prevent-rigid-body-motion-in-contact/
