The link you provided only has the Plate.wbpj file. You would also need to zip the Plate_files folder, or just use "File > Archive" in workbench to zip it all together into a *.wbpz file.
Are there any substeps converged for which you can view partial results? Have you tried setting a smaller initial time step for the pretension load step? Also try looking at the last 3 force residuals:
