Hello Raghavendra,

I recommend you to use the Multizone controls in fluent meshing mode using the water tight geometry guided workflows and use the multizone meshing technique . I am attaching the user guide link in which it is clearly mentioned on how to perform this along with some example of a geometry on a particular plane. kindly go through this in detail. It should solve your problem.
