In Ansys 2021 and later, CFD-Post does not support reading Transient Mechanical. You need to use Ensight. There are tutorials in the Learning Hub on how to use Ensigh with both CFD-Post and Transient Mechanical but my subcription to Learning Hub ended and cannot provide any links.
