Sure - the photo upload function seems to work now. Here is the air domain (I've been asked not to share details of the airfoil). I have labelled Surfaces 1 and 2 which I referred to in the original post. As you can see the mid-section of the domain is angled (paralled to airfoil), while the inlet/outlet sections remain "straight". As I said, the angle of attack is varied, changing the airfoil angle and the angle of the mid domain.
The coordinates system and domain position are such that the offset between Surfaces 1 and 2 should remain the same even as the angle of attack varies eg. (Offset: X = -0.02 Y = 0 Z = 0 for all cases)
