You can just simply multiply a constant to the mode profile. But usually it is not meaningful since the mode profile is solved from eigen value equation.
If you want to know how much the mode fields in a total field recorded in a frequency-domain monitor, you can either use port, or mode expansion monitor to get the S parameter.
