I also encountered the same problem. The software the customer needs to install is ANSYS Electromagnetics16.1, and the customer's system is windows 7*64. But at the end of the installation, the error below appears.
Appears when the software icon is opened. The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application
