I've removed the link as it's our documentation on a third party site: Ansys are very careful with copyright so take a dim view on this! Nothing to worry about. Additionally if you use the Ansys links you'll also get the current documentation and not an old copy.
If beta has an arrow next to in the panel it then you may be able to adjust this with a UDF. In which case you can try altering the model. The issue with the model is that it mimics the solidification by stopping flow in those cells. With cured foam you're seeing the movement of a semi-solid on top of a flowing liquid. So, the solidification model is probably not suitable.
As I said, it's difficult, and if you get it working I know a few people here who'll want a copy of your paper/thesis.
