Hello Dominik, can you open a task manager, go to Details tab and kill the following processes –
ansysli_monitor.exe
ansysli_server.exe
lmgrd.exe (if there are multiple processes, ensure you go to properties and kill the one related to Ansys only).

Now go to C:\Program Files\Ansys inc\Shared Files\Licensing\license_files dir and delete the ansyslmd.lic file

Relaunch the Ansys License Manager and install the license file to see if that helps.
