You can apply spatial varying "pressure" not force? Which also have to be normal to the surface. I don't have the distribution for the pressure and the face on which I wish to apply the load isn't normal to any axis (or plane at all for that mather).
As for the link you shared, I cannot acces it. I have to complete a form and when I'm done it tells me that I have a student credential and to read a message on the link but the link cycle back to the same page, so that's a bummer
