Modal analysis in Ansys is a linear type of analysis. Also have in mind that the modal analysis does not include forces. As you show you use harmonic where we can have an excitation (force say), but again it is a linear analysis (so no large deflections or geometric nonlinearities).

So what you want to do needs the coupled field transient (with large deflections on).
As for the second part (voltage/potential), that is not possible to do in this system.
