Thank you for your response. But I was the only one using it at that time. I also got this error message below when I tried to open ACP Pre.
"Specified Material DB path (C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\ANSYS Student\v222\ACP\databases\materials.acpMdb) does not exist!"
I recently installed this licensed version It works fine when I edit the engineering data, use space-clam, mechanical model, and ACP pre. But it gives me the error when I try to open the static structural module.
