Although your geometry does not have interference, due to mesh, there can be some interference in the FEA model.
But looking at the values of interference, those are very small, also, these are simply notes, not warnings or errors. You can use the contact tool in the contact branch of the tree to check the contact status before solving your model. Also, you may want to check your model and solver memory requirements:

If your model is big for your machine to solve, you can either try to solve on a larger machine or reduce mesh count on your existing model and see if that helps.
