Under the Solution branch, Insert a Probe on the Reaction Moment for the Remote Displacement.
It is a Moment that is bending the part. You can convert that to a force acting at the hole center if you multiply the moment by the distance from the bend line to the center of the hole, but that force must follow the face of the part as it bends. It looks like you have Large Deflection turned on under Analysis Settings, which is necessary for this model.
When accumulating this much plastic strain, you should add a Mesh Sizing control on the 8 short edges where all the bending occurs and set a value of element size to 1/4 the wall thickness to force the mesh to have 4 elements through the thickness.
