Hi Mangesh, thanks for your info. I downloaded lots of these documents and printed them. Unfortunatelly, they are tested in linux system. In linux, I did not see this issue either. This issue I reported ONLY happens in Windows system. Unfortunally I cannot find any information that can help me to handle this problem.
If it is possible, I would like to sign a contract to suppot ANSYS to debug further about this issue.
