Hi Zack, we regularly check threads on forum, so this question must have fallen through gaps on rare case scenario.
This would need to be debugged on case to case basis, depending on the error messages received and unfortunately there is no error message visible with question.

I also see you have bought the software from our channel partner, you can raise your query to them, and in case they are not able to resolve it at their end, they will certainly get Ansys involved.
