Internal or external flow? Have a look at the Learning section on here, you may want to look at System Coupling (Fluent + Mechanical) or Intrinsic FSI (Fluent) to solve this. It's not a trivial simulation so go through the tutorials etc to fully understand the tools before trying to solve your assignment.
