I am using ansys 2022R2, I don't have much control over the different commands you mentioned below: 

I'm using ansys 2022R2, I don't have much control over the different commands you mentioned below: "Check the location of the zero volume element in your model. If it is in a crucial part, clean up your geometry and activate the "Aggressive mechanical shape checking ON" function for the mesh. Try to clean up the geometry and mesh it with better quality. Check if the shape check is "ON" or "OFF". If it is "ON", set it to "OFF" by adding a command: "SHPP OFF" in the command snippet. If this works, run your simulation and check the constraints where the zero volume part was. If the part is not crucial, you can work with this solution.

 

As for the rest I know where to make the changes
