How many cores are you using? What is the location of the temporary files? The reason to ask this is that you have the location of temporary files in a folder with maximum disk space.
I did not expect MSUP Transient to take so much time. Mode superposition transient analysis is a computationally efficient method of solving the time-varying response of a structure, as it uses a linear combination of mode shapes instead of solving the coupled equations directly.
