You can either reduce the size of your model, so take advantage of symmetry or switch to 2d; alternatively use a larger element size. The Student version is intended to show how to use simulation tools rather than allow you to run full scale models.
If your University has software the cell count restrictions are removed in the Research level bundle, so talk to your supervisor.
