OK. Have you included buoyancy for the water? As it's a sealed volume you will need to review the options. Setting wall temperatures is sensible, but remember the temperature you know/think you know is inside the tube.
You did add the temperature profile in Kelvin? Profiles and UDFs all assume SI units.
