Thanks for the reply.

  I am using 32 cores, temp files are saving in C drive which almost has 3 TB Free.  After doing some trials i found that if i change the Store results at setting from all time points to equally spaced 10 or 20, then it is taking 40 min approx.

   But my concern is that i am having very good configuration PC bu still it staking this much time. In future i will be performing more heavy models so just need are there any settings i am missing.
