Is there anything else we can try? Our license file only includes one thing: Ansys GRANTA Advanced Materials - Eco. The feature in our license file is called "granta_spl_mat_bundle_7." Granta Edupack will not load because our license doesn't include the feature "granta_edupack." I'll include a screenshot of our license again if that helps:
