Hi Merlin,

Is the issue happening when accessing the Ansys Optics – Application Gallery from the application? Have you tried accessing the Application Gallery directly from a web browser?

Otherwise, use a computer that is not connected to your organization's network (i.e. directly connected to the Internet without the proxy service) to access and download examples from the Ansys Optics – Application Gallery.
