I did a grep on ANSYSCL_PORT on the log files in .ansys on our local cluster and saw that for each successive runs a different port is used. All port are high ports. Higher then 32768. I asked the administrators of the remote cluster, if they could also allow ports higher then 32768 for traffice towards our license server.
