We really need to turn the sub-level comments off....
For that you'd have two phases, gas & droplet. You'd then have a species mixture for the droplet phase comprising "liquid" and "coloured-liquid" for example. Same material properties just different names. Post processing can need some care as the species volume fraction doesn't account for phase as such. It'll be clearer when you run the model.
