If you happen to have this problem in the future, you can refer to this Problem for opening Fluent 2020 R1 Academic Version: fl2010.exe- Entry Point Not Found (ansys.com) and this Reply To: Error fluent (ansys.com)
This problem is caused by ASPEN software, specifically ASPEN V11.
