If everything is on the campus side and you're just linking onto the solver machine via VPN or the like there shouldn't be an issue.
Looking at the images in more detail, the first is simply that the campus LM has run out of keys: someone else is using them. The second looks to be a parallel failure, and is a node abort: that's not normally a Fluent failure but can be IT messing with the nodes or another user causing a node failure.
