Check with University IT, I don't know what the campus agreements are, but as it's now Ansys Rocky you may have access with an update.
Have a look at Learning (left, upper on this page) and the tutorials on Fluent's Help system. There has been work done for snow drifts and sand dune motion at various times but I don't have anything specific that I can share.
