Ok, I realised that the external data to apply the forces wasn't actually being applied, but I can't figure out why this is happening. For all the models I set up previously using this workflow, there was no problem, but for some reason this won't import and apply load data correctly. Is there any way to show where the load is being applied based on coordinates so that I can diagnose it?
