I'd start by working out what physics you want/need and then post a new Topic in https://forum.ansys.com/forums/forum/installation-and-licensing/ansys-products/ explaining exactly what you need from the model(s). CFD can handle some of the corrosion chemistry but you may need Mechanical for wear (I don't know re Mech).
