Mass transfer coefficient is a value that one will set to control the phase change. Heat transfer coefficient is based on the wall flux and temperature values near wall. We have HTC variables available. Please refer to this section of Ansys User's Guide 25.10. Postprocessing for Multiphase Modeling (ansys.com)
If this does not help, could you please provide more specifics on what exactly are you trying to model and the physics used?
