If you open Client License Settings 2023 R2 and choose:
Fatures in use
What licenses does it list?
Also, if you browse to:
%TEMP%\.ansys
You will see .out files for the programs run. These are client licensing debug files.
Open the .out file for what you are running and post what license it is checking out.
(Do not attach files as we are not permitted to open files)
Please post contents of the files.
