Dear Nanda,

Thanks for the update. I don't think it is a machine-specific issue, as I am facing this problem on two different computers (connected to the same license server). It is most likely a license issue and probably related to the fact that we have received two separate licenses, one downloaded from the license portal, and one received by e-mail. Hopefully, George can find a solution.
