When in Mechanical, (before selecting Run Postprocessor)which license are you using?
I am trying to replicate your issue on my machine.
Would it be possible to send me the first part of the license file from the license server:
C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\Shared Files\Licensing\license_files\ansyslmd.lic
Example:
SERVER LicServer 0050568903eb 1055
VENDOR ansyslmd
