I usually use Spaceclaim since its more convinient but your model looks like its not a solid, it should be a closed solid body, just make some wheel wells and make a flat floor to close the model, and that wing needs thickness it cant be just one surface, make sure that all of the surfaces are connected and make a complet solid body
