In the external aero cases, the physics is inherently complex to get the continuity below a certain value. However, you must check the mass-imbalance. If it is of a very low order, as compared to inlet mass flux, we are good.

Take a cut section and visualize the velocity contours. If the wake is not completely captured, and is intersecting with the outlet boundary, you may want to extend it further.
