Can you please visit the website of your graphics card manufacturer ? if windows OS then remember to please manually use a web browserr go to manufacturer website and download and install recent graphics card drivers.

I am assuming you are running interactively (i.e. running on the same computer whose monitor, keyboard & mouse you are using) an not using any remote display (logging into a different machine and running Fluent on the remote machine)
