Hello Kevin Gnanaraj,
Please find the following reference which describes the optimal way to import the external loads on the model in Ansys Mechanical. Please ensure you select the desired load from the drop-down menu to import the respective load.

If you have the load data ready, another approach would be using External Data, where you can define the load values with the xo-ordinates in an Excel or text file.
