Hello Jack,
Have you performed the mesh convergence test, to confirm the stress-singularities? Perform a parameter study of mesh element size as input paramater and stress as output parameter. If the stress rises as element size decreases, it is indeed a stress singularity. If the value converges, it is not a stress singularity. You can refer to this youtube video from our channel partner:
