Open the Structural Steel in Engineering Data. In the toolbox, drag and drop the Bilinear Kinematic Hardening from the Plasticity section onto the Structural Steel. Enter the Yield value of 470 MPa and set the Tangent Modulus to 0. Now solve. You should not see stress values higher than 470 MPa.
