The ansyslmd.lic file appears to contain all license files that have been uploaded to the license manager, not just the current file. The first license that is displayed is the correct file. Could this be the source of the error? Or should this file normally display a "license history."
As for ansyslmd.ini, I believe that it is pointing to the correct server. The server is localhost, and the port number matches that of the license file (located immediately after the disk serial number).
